REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Normal-prices items are exchangeable within 5 working days from date of purchase with original receipt and original packing. Returned items must be clean, unworn and unwashed with all price tags still attached. 

• Due to hygienic standards, STRICTLY NO exchange for compression garment. 

• STRICTLY NO exchange promotional items after 3 workings days from date of purchase. As with normal-priced items, promotional items must be returned in good order i.e. clean, unworn, and unwashed with all price tags still attached. 

• STRICTLY NO exchange or refund for best-buy items. 

• Where the value of the item(s) taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item(s) returned, the customer shall pay for the excess. 

• Management reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
